i am an old-fashioned journal keeper, & truth be told i dislike the internet.  but here is an attempt at beaming into the world my constant search for loveliness & attempts to apply it to my everyday life. for someone who loves digging in the dirt & baking cakes, writing letters on old paper with a dip pen & bottled ink, this blogging stuff ain't easy.  just trying to get the pictures to stick is quite a challenge, & it's all quite time consuming. i don't have internet access at home, either. let's hope it's amusing, at least.
